The 2023 Semillon is back on the shelves after spending some time in the cellar. The re-release of this 3-year-old wine is something we have enjoyed doing with our whites in the past. Now we can happily share this aged Semillon with you, online or in the cellar door.
This unique variety in the Swan Valley brings through flavours of citrus and grapefruit, developing additional texture from partial barrel fermentation and yeast lees aging. The start of its evolution, showing richness and weight on the palate.
Limited quantities available. Enjoy now or cellar for 5 more years.
It has arrived!
Zabava is a Croatian word meaning fun and entertaining.
This Shiraz and Graciano blend is deep crimson in colour with attractive flavours of fresh cherry and lifted, spicy fruit. A touch of sweetness and a refreshing natural spritz make this the ideal light red for a hot summer's day.
This unique red style is best enjoyed in a sparkling flute glass and always served chilled for any occasion.
Our 2024 Semillon is a vibrant and expressive example of the variety, offering both early-drinking appeal and long-term cellaring potential. Aged for seven months in oak, it shows a beautifully layered palate with creamy texture from extended lees contact, fresh citrus at the core, and subtle hints of vanilla from the oak.
In its youth, the wine is lively and textured, but with time in bottle, it will evolve gracefully—developing deeper complexity and character over decades. Grown in a warm climate with careful attention to vine balance, crop levels, and sunlight exposure, this Semillon is a true reflection of place and precision.
Enjoy now or cellar confidently, which is what we will be doing with this wine. Back in the cellar it goes for a re-release in a few years. Last remaining bottles available online.
Back into the cellar it goes! The last two dozen bottles are remaining online.
Full-bodied with the signature fruitiness of a Verdelho, a beautiful dry finish, and perfect acid balance. This is one to drink now or age for 20 years, where it will become smoother, richer, and more complex.
Verdelho is traditionally known for producing the fortified Madeira style, which is among the longest-lived wines in the world.
Since our first release in 1983, we recognised its potential as a dry white of enormous character. The use of extended lees contact without oak gives our Verdelho greater texture and complexity.
As we have done in the past, we will put this wine back into the cellar to age for a few more years. We will then showcase it as an aged Verdelho in our cellar door. They are always very interesting to try in 3 years when the wine has developed and shown more characteristics of the stunning variety.
Produced from our 1932 plantings, grown using Bio-Dynamic principles, this is a wine that is literally made by hand. We have done away with our usual old techniques and let the fruit do the talking.
Low crop levels from old vines are picked at 3 stages and blended to have extraordinary and complex results. Matured in large old French oak 2000 litre cuves, oak is not evident, but importantly, the primary fruit and subtlety make our Shiraz unique in so many ways.
Deep ruby in colour with concentrated flavours of blackcurrants and dark berries. Enjoy now or cellar for 5 to 8 years and enjoy what old vines can create.
Winner of a Bronze Medal at the 2025 Melbourne Wine Show.
The youngest of our liqueur range made from Verdelho grown on our Swan Valley Vineyard.
This 5-year-old Liqueur Verdelho has been on the shelf for over 18 years. The ultimate goal was to introduce a blend of our White Liqueur, and older vintages to bring the average age up to 10 years. As our base wines of Liqueur Verdelho age, it is more difficult to retain younger wines and therefore maintain a younger blend.
The fruit is handpicked at the semi-raisin stage to help give the finished wine greater texture. Matured in old brandy casks for 10 years, retaining the youthful characteristics of toffee, apricot and honey, all flowing onto a luscious palate. All the trademark characteristics of this classic variety displayed in a liqueur.
Our Red Liqueur has aged. We have re-released this as our Liqueur Shiraz 15-year-old blend.
Estate-grown Old Vine Shiraz picked at a semi-raisin stage. Blended from multiple vintages over the decades and matured in old brandy casks.
Concentrated flavours of dark chocolate and spice, finishing silky smooth. Once open, consume within two years.
We have purchased this fruit for 55 years from a vineyard planted in 1900, where my father as a 14 year old spent time pruning these vines.
This 2007 vintage is our greatest wine made over that 55 year period, with bottles individually numbered and comes in an individually crafted wooden box.
