A style that we first developed in 1979 and immediately recognized it’s potential.

In the production of these liqueurs you must stay true to the old traditions of fortified making to really enhance the overall quality.

The wine is proudly 100% Estate Grown and Bottled and Solero blended with Vintages dating back to 1981. The finished blend is aged in Old Brandy Casks for a minimum of 5 years.
